My Camera Moving by Itself

Why the camera rotates on its own — network self-check, Motion Tracking, and Patrol features explained

If the camera moving by itself, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

  1. If the network connection is poor, the camera would self-check and rotate by itself when it connects to the network again.
  2. If the Motion Tracking function is enabled, the camera would move if the camera detected movement.

Since this function will control your camera and always track the movement of cases, provided there are some dynamic objects, such as changing the light on the ceiling of your house.

  1. If the Patrol function is enabled, the camera would rotate.
